Thief breaks into library for jug of dough

Eilir Rowan writes “The Boyle County Public Library got a rude jolt for National Library Week when some unknown person broke a window, entered the library, and stole a 5-gallon water jug full of change and $1 bills that the librarians had set up to help with the upcoming library expansion project. The enterprising thief, temporarily thwarted by a rope that attached the jug to a nearby drawer, pulled out the drawer, spilling the contents out, and took the jug, drawer and all, away.
