Tattoo session makes a mark at library

Here’s One for all you Modified Librarians out there.

The Houston Public Library ran tattoo program, which had been planned for months, the latest in a line of activities aimed at drawing teenagers to the library. Other sessions ranged from learning about skin care to making crafts, but this one drew more interest than others.


After the Houston City Council on Wednesday raised concerns about the tattoo session, library officials redesigned the program.
