Yes, they are mindless toe rags; and yes this is horrifying, but let’s keep a sense of perspective, here. It is not horrifying because Harry Potter was the target, it is horrifying because some toe rag could be so mindless as to deface a magnificent antique and beautiful piece of machinery.
