Blake writes “Daily Tarheel Online reports that the University of North Carolina Faculty Council has passed a resolution calling for UNC Faculty to publish in open access journals.
The current resolution does not appear to be online yet, but a March 4th meeting transcript has a resolution on studying open access and some good discussion of the issue.”
