The Party’s Over…And the Booksellers Have Gone Home

BookExpo America 2005 concluded in New York City late Sunday afternoon, and booksellers (from around the world) and librarians (primarily from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) have returned to their respective jobs and daily routines with armloads and boxes full of catalogs and advance reading copies of the newest releases.

What’s new? What’s hot? What’s important? And what are they going to buy? We’ll soon hear the buzz from LJ, SLJ, PW and book reviewers around the country.
