The large print giveth…

    So What?
    How is this different from trade paperbacks? I’ve preferred TPB’s (when I can afford them) for some years, and yes, it is due to my failing eyesight — they’re much easier to read in bed, under low light conditions.

    This may mean trouble for book stores — they may need to change their shelving if the standard PB size increases by an inch.

    I for one don’t buy those over-sized books. Nor the large print. I want more data in less space, not less data in more space. I’m willing to put up with a lack of digitalness by having omnibus editions and other good things like that. Print is also non-powered and portable….

    But yes, I’m not going to buy all new shelves, as well.
