    they are paying WAY too much for domain registration, seem to me.

    Hrm… I can get it to only come out to $44.

    city-buffalo.com is registered at Network Solutions, the original monopoly registrar. They charge a usurious $35/year for registration plus a dubious $9/year for “Private Registration”, which lists them as the contact in WHOIS in order to keep spamming and junkmail down for the registrant.
