Shippenburg U. speech code injunction

Fang-Face writes “Foundation for Individual Rights in Education has a story about the first round in their lawsuit against Shippensburg University for its speech code. Earlier this summer, FIRE launched a concerted action against a number of campuses with speech codes, starting off with their suit against Shippensburg. Shippensburg moved to have the suit dismissed, but on 04 Sep, their move was quashed, and the court granted an injunction forbidding Shippensburg from enforcing their speech code.
