News From California: A Sacramento pastor was arrested and faces sexual assault charges in connection with the molestation of a 13-year-old boy in a city library bathroom Thursday, Sacramento Police officials said.
Frederick Dew, 34, was arrested Friday and booked into the Sacramento County jail for sexual assault on a child and false imprisonment, Sacramento Police spokesman Matt Young said.
“I have no idea why I’m here,”Frederick Dew said from behind a glass partition at the Sacramento County jail. “I have just been praying and just believing in God, just waiting to go to court to see what God will do.”

I’d rather God deal with him too. I am sure in some way He is, however we must still follow the process of trial and conviction. So as far as I am concerned this disgusting pervert is not guilty until he is proven to be so in a proper forum.
Then I can think of no term of imprisonment that would be long enough to punish vile scum like this.

1: No suspension of due process at all, Tomeboy. God has his own rules and they have nothing to do with the rules we establish for ourselves. If WE are going to try the peckerwood then I not only expect but DEMAND that we follow due process and respect all civil liberties involved.
2: Not all pedophiles are child molesters, and not all child molesters are pedophiles. I don’t expect you’ll ever be able to understand that, though.
3: God has no need for Capital Punishment; everybody dies, and an entity that is eternal and timeless has no particular rush to get anything done. And His system of reward/punishment is reputed to be very straight forward: Heaven or Hell. My comment was an oblique swipe at the beliefs of the ultra-self-rigtheous. They believe in judgement, but never seem to think that it applies to them as well.
4: Just because I won’t believe in God the way purblind, fanatic upstarts demand does not mean I do not believe in God.
