About five years ago, Lake Oswego received a special deal in its partnership with the other libraries in Clackamas County. Now, if a Lake Oswego patron places a hold on an item in Lake Oswego’s collection, the patron goes to the top of the otherwise first-come, first-served list, ahead of all the other patrons elsewhere in the county.”
