    obviously thinks it is necessary to remind people periodically how much stress librarians suffer from so that they take pity on them and show them the respect they deserve. How can you argue with the Beeb? When they report it, we report it.

    I think the librarians keep calling the Beeb to tell them how stressed they are because they are too stressed to remember they called them last month:)

    I’ve ordered books more than once because I forgot I had ordered it last week. Thankfully B&T is nice about returns.
