Civil libertarians leafleted the Redding library Wednesday afternoon, just hours after a Shasta County judge temporarily blocked city restrictions on pamphleteering around the building.
Superior Court Judge Monica Marlow issued the order after the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California and the North State Tea Party Alliance sought immediate action to keep the leafleting policy from going into effect before a court rules on its constitutionality.
