Someone writes “The May 27, 2003 issue of PC Magazine has a cover story on search engines and Web searching. The article reviews the major search engines and offers helpful tips on using them effectively. In addition the article states:


“Go back to the library…Library reference departments are still great sources of information, even in today’s online environment…Remember that while you may find large quantities of information though regular search engines, there’s no guarantee that it’s quality information. Anyone can put up a Web page. Library databases are created by well-known publishers and are evaluated carefully by librarians before they are purchased.”
