Iowa Librarians go for Read Aloud World Record

A group of five librarians, from the North Liberty (IA) Community Library calling themselves “Team Title Wave, will attempt to break a world record June 7 for non-stop reading aloud. The group will camp out in the southwest corner of the library and attempt to read for 80 consecutive hours to get into the Guinness Book of World Records, said Elaine Reitz, assistant teen librarian and organizer of the event.
