Home libraries will fit into many places

Here’s Another one of those “home libraries are trendy” stories, this time it’s in the Washington Times. Lisa Rauschart writes: Books and shelves are just the beginning of today’s home library, which may also include state-of-the-art lighting, climate controls and digital technology. You don’t have to break the bank to create one, and you may well add to the value of your home.

    Some of us have no choice but to be trendy
    I know of 4 people, including myself, who have moved because their collection of books became too big for their dwelling. I find that old houses have the perfect room for a library. Those which still have front and back parlours lend themselves very nicely to an intimate library. The floor to ceiling bookshelves and rolling ladder is still a dream though.
