Florida man is suing Ferguson Library in federal court, claiming it discriminates against the disabled.
Jose Ernesto Martinez, who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, said the main library downtown violates the Americans With Disabilities Act. The federal law requires public facilities built or renovated after 1992, including libraries, to remove barriers that block access to disabled patrons.
