Yahoo just ran this story today (ok its the AP press, but I read it on Yahoo!) and how small businesses are being sued for using unlicensed software that they may or may not have known they were using incorrectly.
Its interesting to think of it from a library perspective as we all seek out software programs to help us with our jobs, and don’t always consider the complications that could arise from its use.
