Congress Considers Funding Woodrow Wilson Library Expansion

The News Leader of Staunton, VA reports that Congressman Bob Goodlatte, R-6th, introduced legislation Friday that would make the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Museum eligible for federal grants to fund its expansion.

The museum would need to match twice the federal contribution through private donations. The money will help build the final phase of a renovation and expansion project begun with the opening of an online library system this year.
