Anonymous Patron writes “Sad Story Out of Australia where a massive clean-up bill is being faced by the City of Mandurah following an alleged arson attack on its Pinjarra Road library.
Sen-sgt Jeff Beaman said four boys had been charged over the incident.
Police also alleged the boys were involved in an earlier incident.
“We will allege that the three juveniles stole a moped from the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre at about 2pm on Saturday, they were seen by the owner and clipped a kerb while they were fleeing,” Sen-Sgt Beaman said.”
