“Barnes & Noble Booksellers Inc. is being sued by the family of a 12-year-old boy for a “mix-up” that put a DVD of gay pornography in some issues of “Reject” skating magazine instead of demonstrations of inline skating.
The lawsuit filed Friday, says that the boy was horrified when he played the DVD and found that instead of skating, it played “Hard Hat Pigs.” (from The Gay Financial Network via Book Trade)
