dailytoreador.com reports David Miller, chairman of the West Texas Coalition for the George W. Bush Presidential Library, said the most important message he has for West Texas is that Lubbock and Texas Tech have as good a chance as any other site to host the presidential library.

mywesttexas.com says It’s going to take a lot of ink to bring the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Laura Bush Center for Reading Literacy to West Texas, and Tuesday, Midland College students started doing their part to make it happen.

Bush’s presidential papers and library as both tourist attraction and economic engine, the two presidential libraries already in Texas continue to wrestle with what lures visitors and scholars alike.
