Top secret military records to be sold off

Charles Davis writes \”Top secret military records of some of Britain\’s most famous figures, including Sir Winston Churchill and Lord Mountbatten,
are to be removed from a secure government centre to private warehouses across Britain to allow the Treasury and BAA, the privatised airports operator, to make a financial killing from the
expansion of Heathrow airport.
The deal will involve handing over 27 miles of sensitive government documents, including the record of every serviceman and woman since 1914, to either a consortium headed by
Rupert Murdoch\’s TNT group or one run by the property arm of the airport operator, BAA.
