Anonymous Patron writes “Jackson Sun reports A judge has decided that the Jackson-Madison County Library Board has the power to outsource management of the public library to a private company.
In a ruling issued July 31, Chancellor James F. Butler said the board, “does have authority to enter into contracts relative to the operation of the library.””
