The real action is in the National Archives

A recent audit of the National Archives showed that more than a third of the 25,000 records that had been withdrawn from public access did not contain any classified information. The Air Force was responsible for the largest share of “reclassified” materials, followed by the CIA, the Energy Department and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
