The Difference Between Movies and Music

Steve Fesenmaier spotted This NYTimes Column, by David Pogue about the “well-organized, tightly run organization that routinely distributes brand-name DVD’s and music CD’s to all comers, for free — an institution that hasn’t even raised an eyebrow at the music and movie companies.

He says Books and movies are different. Most people don’t read the same book over and over again, and most people don’t watch the same movie every time they hit the couch.
