    I’m pretty sure Project Gutenberg has had the Shakespeare plays up for a while. You can use your browser to search for words and phrases. And multiple editions in a case like this is simply a distraction. There is such a thing as too much information. I typed in “what light through yonder window breaks” and the first actual play of Romeo and Juliet to come up was #6 on the list.

    I’m not saying Google is bad, I’m just saying they weren’t first and in this case they aren’t better.

    I have to agree with Greg on this. The Bard has been dead a long while and his works have been in the public domain long before electrons were racing down wires.

    I recall the LYNX browser and Shakespear’s works, it was cool then. Google ain’t got nothin on plain text @ 14.4 Mbps.
