The Big Read

Charles Davis writes “The BBC in the UK has launched “The Big Read”
at
bbc.co.uk/arts/bigread.

Quote:

The Big Read is the country’s biggest ever celebration of the magic of reading. We’re searching for Britain’s best-loved
fiction across television, radio, online and interactive services.
We’re inviting you to vote for your best-loved book on the website or by calling 09011 110 820, leading to an announcement of the Top 100 books later in the month. Over
the spring and summer, readers are encouraged to read and talk about their favourites. Later in the year the Top 10 will
be released and voting for no.1 will commence! “
