Ten percent of world estimated to be online

Seems that some folks have gotten roundabout numbers from different areas of the world to find that Iceland has the greatest percentage of its population online with 70%, with Sweden and Denmark following at 65% and 60%, respectively. The U.S. clocks in at 59%. As far as I can tell, two African nations round out the survey with .01% of their population estimated at being online.
