State of CA state’s libraries not doing so well

On the heels of President Bush’s declaration that the “state of our union is strong,” State Librarian Susan Hildreth spoke in Stockton on Wednesday evening about the health of the California public library system.

And the prognosis could be much better, Hildreth said.
