Hey don’t feel bad. I work in a Circ department. We have 12 employees working in said Circ department. I am male. I am the only male. And I am far from being the tallest.
When you’re only 5’5″ (165.1 cm), damn near everyone tends to be taller than you. I do have one, one, co-worker who’s shorter than me. And, as a matter of fact, she’s shorter than you. She stands roughly 4’9″ (144.78 cm). The poor gal had some real problems when she got married and when she had her daughter. Not because of any real physical concerns mind you. In her words, it turns out that they don’t make wedding dresses in negative sizes (she can wear less than a size 0) and they don’t make maternity clothes for children.
Yes, she shops in the children’s department and giggles about it because she can buy name brand clothes for half of what everyone else pays. After all, she’s only buying half the clothes. She’s got a good sense of humour about it too. 🙂
