School Recalls Yearbook After Hidden Hate Message Found

mdoneil writes “Key Biscayne (Florida) Elementary school students were instructed to remove a page from their yearbooks because of anti-Semitic remarks made by an eighth grade student.

The remarks, misspelled in German, called for “Death to Jews”. The school failed to notice the comment during editing of the yearbook. A parent noticed the comment and alerted school administrators who recalled the yearbooks from students to remove the offending page. Students were asked to remove the entire page from the yearbook.
