Some would-be librarians are learning the dos and don’ts of weeding at the Blevins (AR) High School library. It was “torn apart” (according to this story from Texarkana Gazette) for a much-needed update this week, courtesy of 29 Southern Arkansas University students.
The students worked hard and finished the project Wednesday, a day ahead of schedule. Peggy Walters is director of SAU’s Magale Library and supervised the project. She credited the group’s “Type A personalities” for their drive. Yesterday they didn’t even want to stop to eat lunch, she said.
