The library committee decided to continue the magazine subscription through this school year on a trial basis. According to a written statement released by Livingston School District Superintendent Verne Beffert, the magazine can be loaned only to students who have a signed parental permission slip validated by the high school administration.

The five-person committee decided not speak to the press and asked Beffert to release the decision.
