Rochester to bring back librarians, some programs

An Anonymous Patron writes “Good News From Rochester, NY. Rochester schools officials plan to restore elementary school librarians, 10 parent liaison positions, alternative education for at-risk students and after-school academic support programs with some of the long-awaited $20 million loan money approved by the state Assembly.”
