Could it be a bookstore? Or perhaps that’s not hip enough. At least we know there’s a hot job market there, and by the looks of that website one doesn’t necessarily have to be a Hobbit, though it does seem that horns are in style.

In this case, because the library is within a shopping center/retail center, it’s being called a “retail library.” (At least that’s what I glean from a Google search [“new zealand” “retail library”]) Sort of a branch library but with a “retail” look?
