Police Beat: Streakers strike at Woodruff library during finals

The Emory University Police Report from January 27th says There was a report of suspicious activity in the Woodruff Library on Dec. 18 at 3 a.m. A security officer reported that he saw a group of naked college-aged men running toward the library exit. When the officer tried to block the exit, they jumped over the counter and fled toward Asbury Circle. EPD officers spotted them in front of the Dobbs University Center. After a short foot chase, police apprehended a 22-year-old man claiming to be a resident of the Sigma Chi fraternity house. He was charged with obstruction of justice and public indecency.
