    Closed Monday 3PM?
“The library was closed and vacant at the time of the accident, which occurred at about 3 p.m. Monday.”

Closed! 3pm Monday! Aren’t most libraries open at that time? What a perfect time to be closed! Maybe saved serious personal injury or death.
