Pacer is great
I think everyone that is interested in Federal cases should get a PACER account. If you only look at a few per year, there is no charge.
The charge is eight cents per page, but if your bill for the calendar year is under ten bucks they just zero it out! That is 125 free pages of legal research.
Last year my bill was about $43. It is a bargain, it sure beats driving to the Courthouse.
