PA Libraries Continue to See Tough Times Despite State-aid Boost

    Mr. Miller isn’t kidding
    I have had the opportunity on two occasions to meet Glenn Miller to talk Pennsylvania library funding. He is not kidding when he says things are only getting worse for library funding in PA. For the complaining I hear elsewhere I merely note that what an adjacent state to PA lost last fiscal year is more than the table scraps of funding PA libraries get.
