NY Students Asking “Where’s WALDO?”

Infomancy writes “Thousands of New York K-12 schools were left searching for new options after being told by the Westchester Academic Library Directors Organization (WALDO) that they were being removed from a cooperative resources purchasing consortium. WALDO Director of Member Services, Robert Karen, blames the termination of services to the School Library Systems of the state on the K-12 database vendors, noting that “it has been difficult to
maintain a consistent level of service from the K-12 vendors.””
