Need recipe inspiration? Hit the library!

Tired of the same old recipes? Need new ideas for your next dinner party? Check out the New York City public libraries. They have thousands of cookbooks and lots of magazines, newspapers, online archives, databases. So come in, browse. In Brooklyn, you can even phone, and they’ll read you a recipe. They have new cookbooks, old cookbooks, really old cookbooks (1643 Italian cuisine, anyone?). Local branches have cookbooks to match the cuisine (and sometimes the language) of the local neighborhood, be it Korean, Italian, Russian, etc. What’s for dinner? [New York Daily News]
