The Michigan Supreme Court denied Bloomfield Hills attorney George Goldstone’s request for a rehearing of his case against the Bloomfield Township Public Library.
Goldstone had sued the library, saying that all residents of the state should have access to the full range of services at any public library in Michigan under the state Constitution.
