MC agrees to join Tech’s Bush library effort

The battle of Bush’s books and other belongings continues. Midland College and Texas Tech University have agreed to work together on bringing the George W. Bush Presidential Library to West Texas. Although Tech would get the presidential library and museum, Midland would garner the Laura Bush Center for Reading Literacy.
