Man arrested in Criss Library for possession of child pornography A man was arrested last Monday in the University of Nebraska library for allegedly viewing child pornography on one of the library’s computers, according to a police report and Campus Security crime log.
The man, is a level three registered sex offender and not affiliated with the university, said Paul Kosel, assistant manager of Campus Security.
Another sex offender walking the streets
I’d rather share the sidewalks with murderers.
Re:Another sex offender walking the streets
Fortunately, the sidewalks are clear of sex offenders because the unfiltered computers being used in public libraries, despite the law and despite how good the ACLU expert said they were in the recent COPA case (March 2007), attracts the sex offenders like moths to a flame. But unlike flames, children are also attracted to public libraries. So the mixture of children and sex offenders is explosive, and victims of American Library Association policy are strewn across the landscape. You see, many libraries would have been filtered thereby keeping out the sex offenders, but for the ALA’s actions in defiance of the case it lost big in the US Supreme Court, US v. ALA, 2003.

Safe,
I’m surprised that you continue to make excuses for sex offenders. O, but the library computers and these men would be harmless and lovely.
Why do you defend the sex offenders? Why not the children? Will you not think of the children?
