London librarian wins Ontario award

Anonymous Patron writes “London Free Press Reports Delilah Deane Cummings is Ontario’s Children’s Librarian of the Year. Cummings was supervisor of the children’s library at the Central Library from 1988 to 2002. She is programming co-ordinator in the outreach department, a post that keeps her involved with children.”
