Library cops / Can Washington require Internet ‘filters’?

Am Interesting Little post-gazette.com Editorial says The constitutional issues in the Children’s Internet Protection Act are as complicated as the Dewey Decimal System.

They agree with Justice Stephen Breyer, who suggested at oral arguments that it was no great burden for an adult patron to say to a staff member: “Please unblock it.” An even better solution, suggested by Justice Anthony Kennedy, is separate computers for adults and children — but that might not be economical for some smaller libraries.
