Kentucky.com Reports the librarian who was assaulted by four Lexington men who stole rare books from Translyvania University in 2004 is suing the men for an unspecified amount.
Betty Jean Gooch, a special-collections librarian for the university, filed a lawsuit today in Fayette Circuit Court asking a judge to award damages for physical, mental and emotional suffering, medical expenses and loss of wages.
