After sports, it is the turn of libraries to get a helping hand. The Kerala State Lotteries Department is planning to roll out Aksharam, a special purpose lottery to boost libraries.
The lottery, planned for an October-launch, is aimed at helping libraries registered with the Granthashala Sangham.
