Here are a few tips from the Austin TX Public Library, who reminds us of the occasion and offers a link to this local broadcast celebrating the week with Jesse Sublett ; a mystery author as well as a blues musician. The Austin Public Library system has unveiled a new poster dubbed, Austin READ, featuring Sublett. The campaign intends to increase awareness about the vibrancy and the real value of libraries and to make the library more visible in the community. Sublett’s signature motto for the poster is “Beat the Blues: Read a Book.”
