Harvard worker claims race and gender discrimination

She claims she has applied for 13 positions and is now the only assistant librarian with “significant” experience who hasn’t been promoted. The EEOC found in June that her supervisor’s comments were not proof of racial or gender stereotyping. “The Commission’s investigation showed that you were not treated differently because of these comments or your gender,” EEOC said in a letter.
